Present below are some of the certificates I have received with respect to Model UN

My Experience
What started as an internal challenge—to push myself beyond my comfort zone—soon evolved into a passion for debate, diplomacy, and leadership. With each conference, I refined my speaking skills, learning the art of persuasion and negotiation. I found that the key to success wasn’t just in speaking well but in truly listening, understanding opposing viewpoints, and forming alliances. These weren’t just debates; they were simulations of real-world issues, and I became deeply invested in the process of creating solutions for global problems.
As I grew more confident, my role within MUN shifted from delegate to mentor. I began training new participants, many of whom shared the same initial fears I once had. Leading others to find their voice was as fulfilling as winning awards, and soon I found myself not just participating but organizing and chairing committees. Serving as Secretary-General, I had the privilege of seeing MUN from a broader perspective—overseeing not just debates but the entire organizational process, ensuring that hundreds of students from different backgrounds could come together in the spirit of collaboration and learning.
One of the most defining moments of my MUN experience was when I led a group of my peers to one of the most competitive conferences in Bangalore. It wasn’t just about individual success; it was about empowering each member of my team to achieve their best. We all won Best Delegate awards in our respective committees, but the true victory was the sense of camaraderie and growth we shared. That experience solidified my belief in the power of teamwork and the importance of nurturing leadership in others.
Through these conferences, I discovered that MUN is more than a platform for debate—it’s a microcosm of the real world, where leadership, diplomacy, and collaboration are the pillars of success. The skills I gained, from public speaking to strategic thinking, have had a lasting impact on my personal and academic life. MUN didn’t just teach me how to speak in front of a crowd; it taught me how to listen, lead, and inspire others to reach their potential.
